Employee Benefit Statements (EBS):
- Research shows that few employees fully understand what their benefits package value is. Today's employee knows that benefits add significantly to a total compensation package. The problem for most employers is: How do we go about systematically relaying that to our valued employees? What is the value in dollars and cents of their paid time off, employers matching social security, sick days, vacation time, employer’s contributions for benefits, retirement, etc.? Do they truly understand the value of pre/post taxed deductions and what their true out of pocket is for such benefits? EBS educates employees and colleagues on each of these issues.
