Kim Kirby-Rines Named Employee Benefit Advisor at BCS

BCS Names New Employee Benefits Advisor
Kim Kirby-Rines has joined the Knoxville, Tennessee office of BCS, Benefit Consulting Services, Inc., as
Employee Benefit Advisor. Rines came to BCS from the global tier-one automotive supplier, MAHLE Industries,
Inc. While with the German-based manufacturer, she administered all aspects of employee benefits for the
4,000+ employee workforce at the company’s Morristown,Tennessee facility - including retirement, health care,
wellness and voluntary benefits, and writing and implementing HR company policies.
“Kim’s breadth of knowledge along with our innovative tools and services will contribute significantly to the
success of BCS clients looking to streamline benefits administration and reduce costs,” noted company founder
and Principal Jeff Mitchell. “Beyond her wealth of experience with benefits administration, Kim has shown great
leadership in volunteer activities which is an important part of the BCS culture.”
