UBA has emailed Principals and firm point persons a new Compliance Alert on the new federal COBRA premium subsidy that was approved by Congress and signed by the president as part of the latest economic stimulus package.
UBA has emailed Principals and firm point persons a new Compliance Alert on the new federal COBRA premium subsidy that was approved by Congress and signed by the president as part of the latest economic stimulus package.
The Compliance Alert serves as a tool that will help clients be informed on changes in benefits compliance and labor laws. Soon after a new law or a change to existing law occurs, UBA will email Members the the alert, which is a joint project between UBA and the law firm Spencer Fane Britt & Browne.
