2008 - Present  Benefit Consulting Services, Inc., Knoxville, TN

In January of 2008, Tim merged his Benefits Management Group client base with BCS.  As a member of the BCS team, Tim is able to leverage his group insurance brokerage experience and combine it with the consulting experience of BCS.

Tim is primarily responsible for new business development at BCS.


2000-2007  Benefits Management Group, Inc., Knoxville, TN

Tim co-founded and managed Benefits Management Group, Inc..  Benefits Management Group provided group insurance brokerage and management services for clients primarily in the East Tennessee area.


1990 - 2000 Financial Planner, Capital Analyst Financial Group, Inc., Knoxville, TN

After joining Capital Analyst, Tim secured his life and health insurance licenses, Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation.  

Tim's responsibilities including new business development and managing client accounts in the areas of group and individual insurance, as well as individual and corporate retirement plans.


1989 - 1990 Director of Programs, Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity - Charlotte, NC

As Director of Programs, Tim's responsibilities included managing the insurance and risk management programs for approximately 130 student chapters and the national fraternity entity.
