Rick prides himself on delivering a high level of service and attention to the educational administrators he works with. Rick and his team work diligently for each individual client to structure architecture of benefit plans and communication services that drastically improve the lives of the educators they serve.
Rick serves BCS as V.P. of Business & Marketing, his primary role is to focus on large groups (100 + employees) to assure that they are serviced beyond their expectations. He acts as liaison between our clients and the multiple insurance carriers as well as the BCS support staff to make sure our commitment to our clients are fulfilled.
9/90 - 11/2002 DCA-DCPR, Jackson, TN & Chicago, ILL Via a bold career move and eventual Senior Account Manager position for this advertising and public relations firm, Rick was instrumental in the growth of this company from a small office in Jackson, TN with six employees to a multi-office twenty five employee agency along with the revenue to support such growth. Rick's clients benefited from his tenacity to learn all about each clients products, industry, channels of distribution, and competitors. In this position he was responsible for managing the implementation of the marketing campaign which would consist of public relations, trade ads, brochures, direct mail, web sites etc.
6/81 - 9/1990 Advanced Financial Planning Corporation, Nashville, TN As a marketing executive for this financial and estate planning company that focused on business owners and high income individuals, Rick consistently earned recognition as a ‘Presidents Club' producer. As such, Rick initiated and established relationships by which these high net worth business owners and professionals would benefit from various financial strategies and products offered by the company. He was also responsible in assuring that these strategies were implemented between the clients CPA's and Attorney's.
