Renee Bankston
V.P. of Operations Renee has been an invaluable asset to Benefit Consulting Services, Inc. since October 1, 1996 and currently serves as the V.P. of Operations. Renee has a very wide variety of responsibilities ranging from overseeing the day to day operations of the business and all the responsibility the business entity entails, plus serving as a small and large group account manager and also functions as the Executive Assistant to the President of BCS. Renee works well with our small group accounts and has achieved 99% renewal retention of business. As a small group and large group account manager she assist with marketing, managing and communicating employee benefits whether it is in a group meeting or online using our eShare marketing tool. She also assists our clients daily with claims, billing, eligibility, small group renewal negotiations, and new product implementation. Renee also enjoys working with our clients to implement wellness programs using the on-line Alere wellness tools provided by our UBA partner.
Prior to working at Benefit Consulting Services, Inc. Renee worked for Calvary Baptist Church as the Senior Pastor's Secretary. This position allowed her to spend quality time with her children while they were small.
Renee also worked in the medical field as an office manager at Golden Butterfly Home Health. While at GBHH she worked with the nursing staff and filed insurance claims.
Renee enjoys serving as a Pre-School teacher at Englewood Baptist Church and participating in the Women's ministry. When Renee isn't busy with activities at church or work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young adult children.
