Lisa Preiss

Lisa J. Preiss is currently an Employee Benefit Consultant in our Knoxville office.  With almost a decade of industry experience Lisa is responsible for providing consulting services on employee benefit plan issues including health & welfare, life, disability and ancillary programs, as well as investment/insurance related products for BCS clients.

Ms. Preiss maintains a Life/Health Variable Products insurance license and possesses FINRA Series 6, Series 63 and Series 65 registrations for investment advisory services. 

Prior to joining BCS, she was Associate Vice President and Consultant for a national employee benefit firm where she was responsible for developing new business and maintaining overall client relationships and client activity.  Ms. Preiss worked in the Connecticut office of the firm supporting sales and marketing strategies for the organization before she and her family moved to Tennessee.

Earlier in her career, Lisa served as Vice President, for the Southern New England Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. Lisa worked with business and community leaders and volunteers to plan and direct Chapter operations in Connecticut and Rhode Island including fund raising events and community programs.

Lisa started her career in advertising and marketing in New York City where she worked at The Hearst Corporation, ISL Marketing and ABC Entertainment.

Ms. Preiss is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington and earned a B.S. in Communications and a Business Minor.  Lisa currently serves on the board for the Oak Ridge Human Resource Association.
