Jeff is the founder and pricipal of the company that started humbly as a one man operation from a home office.  Today the BCS team works with over 100 employers in several states. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin where he received a degree in Economics/Finance.  Prior to founding BCS, Jeff's career experiences included banking, finance, financial planning, investment advisory services, retirement plan consulting, worksite products consulting, and healthcare plan consulting. Jeff was one of the first graduates from the state of Tennessee to receive the CFP designation from the College of Financial Planning in Denver Colorado.  Jeff is the "big picture" guy at BCS.  He loves working with clients and staff in developing and completing long term objectives that improve the employee benefit experience for clients and their employees.
