Gina Rushing

Relationship Manager

Gina is a graduate of Memphis State University (currently University of Memphis) where she earned a BS in Human Resource Management.  Gina brings the experience of over 10 years in HR Management, as well as 10 years service in sales and customer relations. 

Gina is a familiar face to many long time BCS clients.  From 2001-2003 she worked with BCS to help our customers through the design, communication, implementation and administration of flexible spending accounts.  At that time Gina earned the affectionate nickname among associates as our resident 'flexpert'.  She is a native of Jackson and has been married to her husband, Hugh, for 10 years.  Together they have 3 teenagers, Molly, River and Devan.  However, her true baby is Josie, a miniature dachshund.
